Expressive Art Therapy

Key programmatic activities include drawing, clay modeling, word expression, and painting. Each activity is thoughtfully designed, allowing students to express their inner thoughts and emotions in a supportive environment. For instance, in drawing and painting, participants choose topics reflecting their personal experiences, conveying their feelings through visual art. This process not only enhances artistic skills but also promotes introspection and emotional healing.

This expressive art therapy workshop will help women start journey to manifesting the life they truly desire, moving from “simply wishing for” to “actualizing” satisfaction and joy in your life. The process of quieting your mind, allowing yourself to discover what you truly value, bonding with other like-minded women, and confronting behaviors that are in opposition to your wellness ideals will inspire you to identify the changes you’d like to make and goals you’d like to set so that you can actually live out “Today” what you’ve been putting off.

This interactive workshop is designed as an empowering initiative for women and teens, focusing on integrating wellness into daily living.  Spanning five hours, the workshop is dedicated to guiding participants on their journey towards realizing their aspirations, transitioning from mere aspirations to tangible to fulfillment and happiness.  It emphasizes the importance of mental tranquility, self-discovery of core values, and connecting with peers who share similar perspectives.  Additionally, it encourages participants to confront behaviors that contradict their wellness objectives.  This experience aims to motivate attendees to identify necessary life changes and set achievable goals, enabling them to actualize today what may have been deferred.
